Returns & Refunds Policy

1. General Rules

Please carefully check the goods upon receipt. All return and refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after you receive the items.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned in original packaging, unopened, unused and undamaged.
  • All original accessories, labels and documents shall be kept intact.
  • Products with man-made damage, scratches, modified appearance or missing parts will not be accepted for return or refund.
  • Customized products and special-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service to apply for return authorization.
  2. Send back the goods as required after approval.
  3. We will inspect the returned items. A full refund will be processed within 3–5 working days after inspection passes.

4. Shipping Fees

  • If returns are caused by our quality problems or delivery errors, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If returns are due to personal reasons, the buyer shall take charge of all shipping fees.

5. Special Notice

We do not accept refund-only requests without returning goods. Any act of product swapping or malicious claims will be rejected, and relevant accounts will be blacklisted.
